Congratulations Dr Emerald Jay D Ilac!

Ateneo de Manila University congratulates Dr Emerald Jay D Ilac, Program Director of the John Gokongwei School of Management’s PhD in Leadership Studies, on being voted as Chair-Elect of the Leadership Scholarship Member Interest Community of the International Leadership Association (ILA).

Dr Ilac will transition into his new role under the guidance of the current Chair, Dr Brandon Kliewer of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the immediate past Chair, Dr L J McElravy of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. In this three-year role, Dr Ilac will become Chair in 2027
